
Ingredients:
• 2 – big green Tomatoes
• 1 – small onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – mustard paste
• 1/4 tsp – Dhania or Jeera powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt and Sugar – according to taste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• a few chopped Dhania patta
Method:
- Cut tomatoes into medium-sized pieces.
- Now, take a pan or kadai. Heat the oil.
- Add the chopped onion. Fry till light brown.
- Then, add the ginger and garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes.
- Now, add all dry spices. Fry it for a few more seconds.
- Then, add tomato. Fry till it is light soft.
- Now, add mustard paste. Keep stirring in between.
- Now, add water (if required). Cook it for a few more minutes.
- Garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
- And serve it with hot rice or roti.
