
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – plain yogurt
• 1 – cucumber, grated
• 1 – carrot, grated
• 3 – Spring onion (optional)
• 1 – Green chilli
• 2 – stalks Celery
• 1 – medium Tomato
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – sprig Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
Method:
- Finely chop spring onion, chilli, celery, tomato onion and coriander leaves.
- Beat yogurt well and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
