
Ingredients:
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 1/4 cup – flour
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/3 cup – mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp – prepared mustard
• 1 (10 oz.) – frozen Cauliflower
• 1 (6 oz.) – can tuna, undrained
• 1/4 lb – Egg noodles, cooked
• 1/2 cup – red pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup – green pepper, chopped
• Bread crumbs
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In small saucepan, saute onions in butter till tender.
- With a whisk, blend in flour. Gradually stir in milk and cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
- Remove form heat and blend in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
- In a greased 2 quart glass casserole dish, combine the sauce, cauliflower, tuna, noodles and peppers.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins.
