Ingredients:

• Sago -250 g
• Potatoes – 3
• Coriander leaves – one bunch
• Green chillies – 10
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Soak sago in water for ten minutes and drain.
  2. Boil the potatoes and mash it adding salt.
  3. Add green chillies and red chilli powder to the above mixture and mix well
  4. Shape the dough into desired shapes and deep fry till golden brown.
