
Ingredients:
• 4 slices – bread
• 2 – medium potatoes, boiled
• 1/2 – onion, finely chopped
• 2 – chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – kasoori Methi
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mash the boiled potatoes. Mix with onions, coriander, chillies, salt, and all the other ingredients. Make small balls.
- Soak a slice of bread in water. Squeeze out the excess water.
- Put a potato ball in the middle of the slice, cover, and shape into an oval.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry bondas till golden brown.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
