Ingredients:

• Potato – 1 large
• Brinjal- 4 – 5 (small)
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp or Green chillies – 3-4
• Cumin and coriander powder 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Garlic paste
• Cumin and Mustard Seeds (optional) – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut potato and brinjal into small pieces Take frying pan and pour 1 tbsp oil.
  2. After the oil becomes hot; add cumin and mustard seed to it.
  3. Add potato and brinjal.
  4. Let it get fried for some time (10-15 sec).
  5. Add garlic paste and other dry powders as mentioned in the ingredients.
  6. Add 1 cup water and stir. Add salt.
  7. Cover the pan and put the gas on low heat. Heat till it gets cooked. Serve with rice or chapatti.
