Ingredients:
• 3 cups -Plain flour
• 200g -Butter
• 1/4 cup -Powdered Sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp -Vanilla extract
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1 tsp -White Vinegar
• To sprinkle – 1 tbsp- Sesame seeds and shelled pistachios.
Method:
- Cream the butter and sugar, then add the eggs, vanilla extract and mix well.
- Sift the flour, sugar and baking powder, the vinegar and knead it into a dough.
- Now wrap the dough in a cling film and chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
- Now take the dough and divide into small balls.
- Now flatten the balls sprinkle the sesame seeds on the top.
- Turn it around and sprinkle the bottom with pistachios.
- Place them in a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 mins or until slightly brown.
