Ingredients:
• 1 – whole Cabbage (chopped and cleaned well)
• 1/2 cup – Tamarind (cleaned well)
• 3-4 Green chillies or 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – salt
• 3-4 tsp – oil
• For seasoning (optional, but preferred):
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 pinch – Asafoetida
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients together well.
- If using seasoning, splutter everything in hot oil and then pour over the ground chutney.
- Serve fresh.
