
Ingredients:
• 1 can – Tuna in water, drained
• 1 small – apple, chopped
• 1/2 cup – low fat vanilla yogurt
• 1 tsp – prepared mustard
• 1 tsp – Honey
• 6 – slices whole Wheat bread
• Lettuce leaves
Method:
- Combine and mix the tuna, apple, yogurt, mustard and honey.
- Spread the mixture on three bread slices. Top each slice of bread with lettuce and remaining bread.
- Cut sandwiches in half or as desired.
