Ingredients:
• 12 pieces – Chicken lollipop
• 1 tsp – Butter
• Silver foil for decoration
• For the marinade:
• 2 tsp – hung Curd (thick Curd, without excess water) or 2 tsp – fresh Cream
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3/4 tsp – salt
Method:
- Preheat oven at 200 degrees.
- Mix the chicken lollipops with all the other ingredients.
- Put the lollipops in a baking tray and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until it is golden brown in colour. Keep it aside and let it cool for 15 minutes.
- Then remove it from the baking dish. Decorate it with silver foil.
- Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
