
Ingredients:
• Button Mushrooms – 1 lb
• Red pepper – 1 medium
• Onion – 1 medium, chopped
• Garlic – 2 Cloves
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Curry powder – 1 tsp
• Fresh Mint – 1 tbsp chopped
• Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped
• Natural Yoghurt – 1 small carton
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Ground Almond – 1 tbsp
• Salt -1 tsp
Method:
- Cut the mushroom in half and red pepper in to small pieces. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic.
- Fry till brown, add 1 tsp chilli powder and curry powder.
- Fry for a while and add the chopped mushrooms and red pepper. Cook till they are done.
- Now add almond powder, chopped mint, chopped coriander, yoghurt or cream and salt.
- Simmer for 2 mins, garnish with fresh coriander and mint. Serve.
