Ingredients:

• 100 g – Boondi
• 3 – Medium Onions
• Garlic, Chopped
• Ginger
• Cinnamon Powder
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp- Vegetable Oil
• Pepper
• Red Chilli powder
• Cardamom
• Cumin seeds
• Cassia
• Salt
• Fresh Mint leaves to Garnish

Method:

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan pour vegetable oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, garlic, ginger and cassia.
  3. Fry for two minutes.
  4. Make a paste of all spices.
  5. Mix well and fry till it leaves oil.
  6. Add tomato and salt and fry.
  7. Add boondi and cover the pan for 5 minutes on low heat.
  8. Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve hot with paratha.
