
Ingredients:
• Sprouted Moong – 1 cup
• Boiled Corn – 2 tbsp
• Chopped Onion – 1
• Green chilly chopped-1
• Pomegranate – 2 tsp
• Green Coriander leaves
• Paneer – 1/2 small bowl
• Salt to taste
• Red chilly powder to taste
• Chat masala
• Browned cumin seeds- 1tsp
• Mint powder- 1tsp
• Lemon juice
• Black salt
• Boiled and Crushed Potato – 1.2 tbsp
• Green chutney- as per taste
• Tamarind chutney- as per taste
• Besan sev for garnishing
• For Base:
• Corn flour – 1 cup
• Maida – 1.5 cups
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Mix all ingredients given for base.
- Make dough balls and small chapatis.
- Wrap this around small bowl to get the shape of the bowl.
- Fry in oil till light brown. Make all dough in this way for base of chat. Keep aside.
- Mix well all other ingredients. Add tamarind and green chutney to this mixture.
- Place this mixture in fried base of corn.
- Add chutneys and besan sev. Sprinkle chat masala.
- Chat is ready to serve.
