Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Maida flour
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – rava four
• 1 cup -besan flour
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – baking soda| | 1/2 cup – whole Dhania
• 1/4 cup – black pepper
• 1 cup – variyari
• 1/2 cup – Jeera
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 cup – vegetable oil
• Turmeric paste and yogurt for garnishing
Method:
- Take frying oil in a pan.
- Mix whole dhania, black pepper, variyari, jeera, red chilli powder and add salt to taste.
- Fry for a few minutes in oil.
- Grind mixture in grinder to make powder.
- Mix powder and ginger-garlic paste with all the flour.
- Add 1/4 cup oil and baking soda with a little water at a time to make dough.
- Keep dough for 15 minutes and then make small round balls.
- Fry thick kachoris with oil on stove just like puris.
- When kachoris have cooled, add turmeric paste and yogurt on top.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and serve.
