Ingredients:
• 500 gms – medium-sized boneless Chicken pieces
• 5 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1.5 cups – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients and marinate chicken pieces in it for 4-5 hours.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour oil into it.
- When it is steaming hot, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry in the oil till they are golden brown.
- Serve hot.
