Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – cashews
• 1 tbsp – Poppy Seeds (white)
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• Grind the above ingredients together to form a paste.
• 1 – large Onion
• 1 – large Tomato
• 1 – can crushed Tomato
• 1 – quart Milk
• 1/4 cup – kasoori Methi
• chopped coriander

Method:

  1. Fry onions in oil or butter until soft, then tomato and canned tomato. (Fry for a while, until the oil starts to separate).
  2. Add the cashew paste and continue to fry until oil comes out.
  3. Begin adding milk little by little until the gravy is of the consistency you want.
  4. Add kasoori methi and coriander.
  5. Add salt, paprika and chili powder to taste.
