Ingredients:
• 2 – Medium Potatoes
• 4 tbsps each of Milk and cheese
• 2 tbsps – Chopped green Onions
• 1 – Sprig parsley, minced
• Salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste
Method:
- Bake potatoes until tender.
- Divide in halves lengthwise.
- Scoop the inside portions and reserve the shells.
- Mash the potatoes thoroughly and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Spoon this mixture into half shells of potatoes and bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 mins.
