Ingredients:
• 50 g – whole Fenugreek seeds
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 cup – mixture of coriander and Mint leaves
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Pinch – Sugar
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – chaat masala.
Method:
- Soak the fenugreek seeds for 5 to 6 hours. Drain and dry it.
- Take a bowl, add the fenugreek seeds, chopped tomato, onion, and carrot. Mix well.
- Then add the chopped chilli, coriander and mint leaves, salt, sugar, lemon juice and chaat masala.
- Toss it well and serve.
