Ingredients:
• 3 cups – boiled macaroni
• 1.5 cups – grated cheese
• 2 – eggs
• 1 cup – Milk
• A dash – tabasco or tomato-chilli sauce
• A dash – worcestershire sauce (optional)
• 1 – Tomato (large, sliced) (optional)
• salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Take one cup of boiled macaroni and place it like a layer in a microwave-safe, flat-bottomed dish.
- Top with a layer of grated cheese.
- Repeat with the remaining layers of macaroni and cheese, ending with the cheese on top.
- Lightly beat the eggs in milk, add a dash of tobacco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Pour it evenly over the macaroni.
- If you are using tomato slices, spread them evenly over the macaroni.
- Cook covered, at 80 per cent power for 8 minutes or till the cheese is bubbling.
- Serve hot.
