Ingredients:
• 1 kg Mutton (cut, cleaned, washed thoroughly)
• 10 to 12 red chilies
• 10 green chilies
• lots of pure Ghee
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the mutton into medium sized pieces
- Clean and wash thoroughly
- In a deep vessel, heat the ghee
- Add the red and green chilies
- Add the mutton pieces and cook on slow fire till the meat is tender
- Add salt to taste
- Serve hot with phulkas, parathas or rice
