Ingredients:

• 500 gms – lamb fillet
• Onion juice
• Olive oil
• pepper
• 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 tbsp – margarine
• cayenne pepper
• 400 gms – yogurt
• salt to taste
• Accompaniments:
• few slices of Tomatoes
• Green chillies

Method:

  1. Cut the fillet into cubes.
  2. Leave the meat in a marinade of onion juice, olive oil and salt and pepper for 12 hours.
  3. Thread the fillet on to skewers and cook under a hot grill.
  4. Thread onto oiled skewers.
  5. Cook under hot grill until tender.
  6. Serve with tomatoes and chillies.
