Ingredients:

• 6 -bananas (should be firm but ripe)
• 2 cups – yogurt (beaten)
• 6 tbsp – Honey
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 8 to 10 – ice cubes (crushed)
• 8 to 10 -fresh Mint leaves

Method:

  1. Cut the banana into roundels.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar and mix gently.
  3. In a blender add all the ingredients except mint leaves and blend till smooth.
  4. Serve in tall glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
