Ingredients:

• 1.5 kg – Pomfret
• 2.5 tbsp – Mustard Paste
• 1 Tbsp – Onion Paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1.5 bunch – Coriander Leaves, chopped finely
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 100 g – Grated Cheese (Mozzarella Cheese)
• 1 Tbsp – heated oil + 3 tsp

Method:

  1. Remove the head of pomfret and make shallow slits on both sides.
  2. Marinate the fish with all the masalas (except grated cheese) for over 2 hours.
  3. Now grease the baking tray with 1 tsp of oil all over it and place the fish on it.
  4. Top it with grated cheese and pour 2 tsp of oil on the top.
  5. Bake it for 40 minutes in a moderately hot oven.
