Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – Corn kernel, cooked
• 3 green chillies, minced
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 cup – chick pea flour (besan)
• Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Crush corn.
  2. Mix with chillies, coriander leaves, ginger and garam masala.
  3. Add salt and grind to bind.
  4. Add a little hot oil and blend with besan.
  5. Form into kebab shapes and deep fry in batches till golden.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
