
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – chicken, boiled and shredded
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – capsicum, finely chopped
• 1 cup – cucumber, chopped
• 6 slices – bread
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 3 tbsp – mayonnaise
• salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the bread, together.
- Toast the bread until crisp. Cut each slice into quarters.
- Spoon the capsicum-chicken mixture on each piece.
- Serve with chilli-garlic sauce.
