Ingredients:

• 8 pieces- boneless Chicken
• Oil (for deep frying)
• 2- eggs
• 1/4 cups- bread crumbs
• Make paste of:
• 1 tbsp- Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbsp- Corn flour
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp- Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp- Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp- Garam Masala
• 1 tsp- Green chilli paste
• 1 tbsp- Onion paste
• 1 tbsp- Olive oil
• 1/2 cup- Coriander leaves (ground to a paste)

Method:

  1. Slit the chicken pieces and coat the inside and outside with the paste.
  2. Keep aside for 4-5 hours.
  3. Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites till frothy, then blend in egg yolks.
  4. Heat oil for frying.
  5. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot.
