Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Tiny bits of Cashew nuts
• 8 – Cardamoms, powdered
• 2 – Egg whites
• 2 tbsp – Desiccated Coconut
Method:
- Beat the egg whites till stiff.
- Add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut powder and cashew nuts and mix well.
- Using a tsp, place blobs of the batter, inches apart on a greased tray and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
