
Ingredients:
• 6 slices – plain white bread
• 1 – small capsicum, chopped
• 1 – small onion, chopped finely
• 1 – small tomato, chopped finely
• 2 tbsp – Suji
• 3 tbsp – Milk Cream (malai)
• salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except bread in a bowl. Let the mixture stay for about 5 minutes. Put nonstick tawa on flame.
- Start applying mixture on one side of the bread slices.
- Place that side of the slice first on which the mixture is applied.
- Once cooked properly turn the side and let it get crisp.
- Now serve immediately with sauce.
