
Ingredients:
• 200 g – pre boiled fresh Kway Teow (Made of Flour, looks broad band white in colour, strips of noodles )
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 6 – baby Corn
• 2 – green Capsicum (large size) sliced into strips
• 4 – green beans, striped longish into 8 pieces
• 2 – sliced Ginger
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Put a wok on slow cook, add some 2 tbsp oil, allow it to simmer. Add the vegetables, salt, ginger and stir-fry.
- After 2 mins, add the pre boiled Kway Teow and stir.
- Add soya sauce, slow cook and stir-fry for 3-5 mins.
- Serve hot with green chillies soaked in vinegar.
