Ingredients:

• 1 can – Mixed beans
• 2-3 tsp – Crushed Peanuts
• 1 tsp – Soya sauce
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard sauce
• 2 tsp – Dried mixed herbs
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Drain the mixed beans from the can and keep aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the mixed beans along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Toss it quickly to retain the crunchiness and remove from the heat.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Serve as a warm salad.
