Ingredients:

• 100 g -brinjal
• 100 g -pumpkin
• 100 g -string beans
• 50 g – Drumstick
• 10 – Green chillies
• 2 – Raw bananas
• a pinch- Turmeric powder
• a pinch- Mustard Seeds
• 50 g – French beans
• 100 g – Carrot
• 2 – Coconuts
• 2 pinch- Cumin seed
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 2 tbsp – Coconut oil
• 2 – dry Red Chillies
• salt to taste
• Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Make a paste of cumin seeds, green chillies, coconut and curry leaves.
  2. Cut all vegetables into finger size, boil separately and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and red chillies, saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the paste and cook for few minutes, add the vegetables and bring to boil.
  5. Add curd, salt and serve hot.
