Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Methi leaves, cut fine
• 1 cup – Wheat flour, coarse if available
• 1/2 cup – besan
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 to 2 – green chillies, finely cut
• 1 tsp – Dry Dhania seeds
• 4 to 5 – Black pepper seeds
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Add methi leaves and oil to flour. Add all the masalas to the flour.
  2. Knead the flour into a thick batter. Make small round balls.
  3. Preheat oven to 350-400 F. Bake the tikki for 10-15 mins till golden yellow.
  4. Serve hot with date or coriander chutney.
