
Ingredients:
• 100 gms – Sugar
• 1/2 litre – Milk
• 4 – eggs
• 1/2 tsp – Cornflour
• 5 gms – Cashewnuts
• 5 gms – Almonds
• 5 gms – Raisins
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 1/4 tsp – Grated Nutmeg
• For garnishing:
• 5 gms – Cashewnuts
• 1 – Cherry
Method:
- Boil and cool milk.
- Lightly beat the eggs.
- Add eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, grated nutmeg, dissolved cornflour and the chopped raisins and nuts to milk.
- Place over slow fire and stir continuously until thick.
- Pour into a greased baking tray.
- Decorate with remaining nuts and the cherry.
- Bake at 180 degrees C until brown.
