Ingredients:
• 18 slices – Wheat bread
• 1 tin – diced Tomatoes
• 1 – big onion, chopped
• Red Chilli powder to per taste
• sambar powder as required
• salt to taste
• oil for frying
Method:
- Cut the bread slices into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add the diced tomatoes and lightly cook them.
- Add red chilli powder, sambar powder and salt to taste.
- Add very little water to the mixture and then the bread chunks.
- Mix the ingredients well and warm up for some time before switching off the stove. Serve hot.
