Ingredients:
• 6 hardboiled eggs
• 2 tbsp – sour Cream
• 3 tbsp – black caviar
• Lime juice
Method:
- Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks, mash and blend thoroughly with the caviar and cream.
- Refill the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle a few drops of lime juice on each. Chill before serving.
