
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – moong daal(chilke wali)
• 1/4 kg – Ghee
• 1/2 kg – whole Milk
• 1/4 kg – Sugar
• dry fruits,
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2-3 drops yellow colour.
Method:
- First soak moong daal for 4-5 hours ,wash thoroughly and remove the covering and grind it. Fry it in ghee till brown, now add milk and sugar
- Keep stirring till it leaves the sides
- Add colour, dry fruits, and elaichi powder and serve hot.
