Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – moong daal(chilke wali)
• 1/4 kg – Ghee
• 1/2 kg – whole Milk
• 1/4 kg – Sugar
• dry fruits,
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2-3 drops yellow colour.

Method:

  1. First soak moong daal for 4-5 hours ,wash thoroughly and remove the covering and grind it. Fry it in ghee till brown, now add milk and sugar
  2. Keep stirring till it leaves the sides
  3. Add colour, dry fruits, and elaichi powder and serve hot.
