
Ingredients:
• 1 small Chicken
• 6 eggs
• 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
• 4 peppercorns
• 1/2 piece – Ginger (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 1 large Onion (sliced)
• 1 tbsp – Coriander leaves chopped
• 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the chicken in a little salted water along with the cinnamon, cloves and peppercorns until tender.
- Separate the meat from the bones and chop.
- Heat the ghee and fry the onions till golden brown then add the tomatoes, turmeric and coriander powders, garam masala and ginger.
- Simmer for 5 mins.
- Cook till most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Place this mixture in a baking dish.
- Carefully break the eggs on top and cook in a mode oven for about 10 mins, or until the eggs are set.
