
Ingredients:
• Brinjal of medium size – 2
• Onion – 1
• Garlic – 4 Cloves
• Pepper – 1/4 tsp
• Curry leaves – few, chopped fine.
• Chilli powder – 2 tbsps
• Ginger – 1/4 inch
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Make a paste of onion, garlic and ginger. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper and mix it thoroughly
- Cut Brinjal vertically to get thin slices.
- Cover the slices with the above paste and keep aside for 10 minutes
- Deep fry the slices in oil.
