Ingredients:

• 50 g – dried Mango powder (amchoor)
• 2 tbsp – cumin
• 9 tbsp – crushed Sugar powder
• 1 – medium Lime
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add jeera to a pan and cook on medium heat.
  2. Once jeera is dark red, crush it finely in a mixer.
  3. Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
  4. Mix the remaining sugar, lime juice, jeera powder, dried mango powder and salt together.
  5. Make small balls and roll them in the sugar. Then put them on a paper napkin and dry for 1.5 hours in the sun.
