
Ingredients:
• 1 – Onion Fine Chopped (Brown)
• 450 gms – Flour
• 10 gms – Salt
• 25 gms – Yeast
• 45 gms – Milk
• 150 gms – Butter
• 5 gms – Mustard/Pepper Powder
• 5 gms – Black Pepper Powder
• 175 gms – Cheddar Cheese, grated
• 150 ml – Water
Method:
- Knead all the ingredients in the mixing bowl.
- After proper kneading give rest for 15 minutes.
- Cut into 500gm each piece again roll it and give rest for 5 minutes.
- Give the desired shape to each dough and place on the greased baking tray.
- Allow for proofing at least 1 and 1/2 hours and bake at 220 deg C in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
