
Ingredients:
• For Mushroom filling:
• 200 grams – fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 green chilli, chopped
• 4 tsp – Corn flour
• 1 teacup Milk
• 1 tsp – Oregano (optional)
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• salt to taste
• For pizza crusts:
• 2 ready made pizza crusts
• For the topping:
• grated cooking cheese (preferably Mozzarella)
• coarsely ground chilli powder oil for brushing
Method:
- For mushroom filling:
- Heat the butter on a slow flame, add the onion and green chilli and fry for one minute.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for five to seven minutes.
- Mix the corn flour with the milk and add to the mushroom mixture.
- Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
- Add the oregano and salt.
- Cook for a few minutes.
- How to proceed:
- Brush a tray with oil and put the pizza crusts on it.
- Spread some mushroom filling on each crust and sprinkle some cheese on top.
- Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 10 mins or until the cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle chilli powder on top and serve hot.
