Ingredients:
• 1 cup – moong dal
• 1 cup – Jaggery
• 1 tsp – powdered Cardamom
• 3 cups – Milk
Method:
- Soak dal for 3 hours. Boil in just enough water till half done.
- Add jaggery and cook till done. Mash well.
- Add hot milk and powdered cardamom and stir well till done.
- Serve hot as a sweet kheer.
