Ingredients:

• 1 cup – moong dal
• 1 cup – Jaggery
• 1 tsp – powdered Cardamom
• 3 cups – Milk

Method:

  1. Soak dal for 3 hours. Boil in just enough water till half done.
  2. Add jaggery and cook till done. Mash well.
  3. Add hot milk and powdered cardamom and stir well till done.
  4. Serve hot as a sweet kheer.
