Ingredients:

• 1/2 – Cabbage
• 1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Coriander leaves – 1/2
• 1 large – Onion

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard
  2. Add chopped onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
  3. Add coriander, chilli and turmeric powder and fry till they are well cooked.
  4. Add chopped cabbage to it and mix it all in the pan.
  5. Cook for some time till the cabbage leaves are fried well.
  6. Add coriander leaves and fry again.
  7. Finally add water and cook for sometime.
