
Ingredients:
• 1/2 – Cabbage
• 1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Coriander leaves – 1/2
• 1 large – Onion
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard
- Add chopped onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
- Add coriander, chilli and turmeric powder and fry till they are well cooked.
- Add chopped cabbage to it and mix it all in the pan.
- Cook for some time till the cabbage leaves are fried well.
- Add coriander leaves and fry again.
- Finally add water and cook for sometime.
