
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1/4 kg – white pumpkin
• Salt
• 1 tsp – Chilli
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• Turmeric paste
• 1 tsp – Tur Dal
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
Method:
- Soak 1 tsp each of tur dal and channa dal for 10 minutes.
- Beat the curd well.
- Add salt, turmeric and hing powder to curds.
- Add coconut, green chillies, and jeera (1 tsp each) to the soaked dal and grind it smoothly.
- Add this paste to the curd and keep it on a slow flame for 5 minutes.
- Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilli toasted in oil
