Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1.25 cups – water
• 1 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – moong dal
• 2 tsp – Bengal Gram dal
• Ghee
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak the moong dal and Bengal gram dal in water for half an hour.
  2. Heat water in a bowl, add some salt to it. When it boils, simmer the heat, add the rice flour and mix quickly.
  3. Remove from flame and keep aside for ten minutes.
  4. Then add a little cold water, 2 tsp of oil, soaked moong dal, Bengal gram dal, and coconut, and knead the dough till smooth
  5. Make small balls with the dough and press it using a chapatti maker (it should be slightly thick).
  6. Place these on a well-greased plate, smear some ghee, and steam for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with urad dal chutney.
