
Ingredients:
• 6 – Naan
• 1/2 cup – Carrot and Beans together (Finely Chopped)
• 1/4 cup – Onion
• 1 – Tomato (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Cooked Corn
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger-Garlic Paste
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – Lemon Juice
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard
• Coriander To garnish
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil. Splutter mustard.
- Add onion. Saute for a few minutes.
- Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry till raw smell is gone.
- Then add garam masala, tomato, carrot, beans and corn. Mix the vegetable and masala together.
- Close the pan with the lid. Medium the flame.
- Once the vegetable is cooked, add salt. Mix completely.
- Tear naan into pieces. Add to the contents in the pan. Mix well till the naan get coated well with the masala.
- Finally add tomato sauce and lemon juice. Switch off the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
