
Ingredients:
• 3 – medium-sized Carrots
• 1 bunch – Lettuce leaves
• 1 – Onion cut into rings
• 3 tbsp – grated Cottage cheese
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – salad oil
Method:
- Peel, chop, and cut the carrots into small chunks and boil till soft.
- Toss the salad leaves and all the other ingredients together with the steamed carrot.
- Serve with rice and curry.
