Ingredients:

• 3 – medium-sized Carrots
• 1 bunch – Lettuce leaves
• 1 – Onion cut into rings
• 3 tbsp – grated Cottage cheese
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – salad oil

Method:

  1. Peel, chop, and cut the carrots into small chunks and boil till soft.
  2. Toss the salad leaves and all the other ingredients together with the steamed carrot.
  3. Serve with rice and curry.
