Ingredients:
• 250 g – Flour
• 250 g – Butter or margarine
• 200 g – Powdered Sugar
• 2 – Eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 3 tbsp – Milk
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
Method:
- Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together.
- Cream the butter/margarine and sugar together.
- Add the beaten eggs, milk, salt, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Fold in the flour, a little at a time.
- Add a little more milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Grease two baking trays and place tsp of the batter on each, leaving enough space between them to allow the mixture to spread during baking.
- Bake in a moderate oven for about 15 to 20 minutes till golden brown.
