Ingredients:

• 2 cups – sour Butter milk
• 1 pinch – Turmeric
• salt
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 -green chillies
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1 piece – ginger, small
• For seasoning
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain (vaamu)
• 4-5 – Curry leaves
• 1 pinch – Mustard Seeds and Methi seeds

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour the mixture into a vessel.
  2. Heat the ghee and add all the seasoning ingredients into it.
  3. When the ajwain and mustard seeds pop, add it to the mixture.
  4. This goes well with white rice.
