
Ingredients:
• Bread – 5 loaves
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Cardamom 2
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Remove the outer brown part from the bread and grind it into a paste which can be rolled into balls. Make syrup out of the sugar. Powder the cardamom and add to the syrup.
- Make balls out of the ground bread and deep fry it in the oil
- Put it into the sugar solution
- Tasty Bread Jamoons are ready
